How do I reset my password?
Open the Qadam app, tap "Sign In", then tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send a reset link.
My steps are not being counted. What should I do?
Ensure the Qadam app has permission to access your phone's Physical Activity / Step Counter sensor. Go to your phone Settings → Apps → Qadam → Permissions and enable "Physical Activity".
How do I invite a family member to join my group?
Open the Qadam app, go to the Family tab, and tap "Invite". Share your unique family code or invite link with your family member.
I qualified for a reward but cannot see it in the app.
Rewards are processed at the start of the new month. If it is past the 3rd of the month and you still do not see it, please email us with your family group name and registered email.
Can I use Qadam without an internet connection?
You can view your current day's steps offline, but syncing, leaderboard updates, and reward claims require an active internet connection.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to the Qadam app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
